Jason Tom, Product Support Specialist
Jason Tom is a product support specialist at Insight ADVANCE.
Serving as one of the initial points of contact for all client support inquiries, Jason ensures that Insight ADVANCE’s software functions optimally at all times and provides internal technical support.
Jason gained his experience in technology and product support from many years as a team leader in the animation and video game industries. He has worked in the past with Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, InfinityWard, and Activision. He has also provided technical and production support to JumpStart / Knowledge Adventure, Inc.
Growing up in a family of educators has motivated him to also serve in the educational field. As an assistant director for a family-owned private school for early childhood development, he learned the importance of making a great education available to all children during their earliest stages of development.
Jason’s commitment to company and client success motivates him to provide the highest quality support possible. He is committed to giving clients and colleagues undivided attention and troubleshooting any hardware or software issues together. He believes patience and consideration make longer lasting professional relationships, as well as an enjoyable work environment.
Jason holds a Graphic Design/Multimedia certification from Mt. Sierra College as well as an Early Childhood Development certification from UCLA Extensions.
