Carolie Caleb, Implementation Manager
Carolie Caleb is an Implementation Manager at Insight ADVANCE.
Her primary responsibility is to develop meaningful relationships with clients by implementing and supporting their day-to-day product needs. Additionally, she provides ongoing product training for internal employees.
Prior to this role, Carolie was an educational consultant and curriculum specialist. She has dedicated twenty years molding young minds in secondary to post-secondary English and science classes, in addition to serving as a resource and mentor to her colleagues. After many years in the classroom and numerous leadership roles, Carolie realized that she could have a greater impact on teaching and learning through the work of empowering teachers.
Carolie is passionate about teacher empowerment and professional development. She believes that there is a teacher leader in every classroom waiting to be empowered. Her unwavering belief in the transformative power of teacher leaders to enhance student outcomes has compelled her to pursue an advanced degree and seek opportunities to equip teachers with effective leadership tools.
Carolie holds a B.A. in English and American Literature and a M.A. in English Education from the University of South Florida; Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Leadership and Educational Administration Capella University; Educator Certificate in Leadership P-12, Teacher Support Specialist – English 6-12 – Middle School 4-8 – Science – Language Arts – Secondary Reading – National Certified Trainer of Classroom Management and Differentiation Strategies.
